Productivity is your evaluation. Developing people is developing your sustainable and innovative future as an organization. This training area focuses on organizational development, diversity and strategic planning:

1. Organizational Development plans prepare your team to create an environment concucive to productivity. This is obtained by assessing the current organizational norms for revision and fine tuning. Organizational behavior is what your team views as acceptible---in some cases this might have a negative affect on your financial bottom line.

2. Diversity is an initiative. Many time this type of training makes teams uncomfortable; but diversity extends past a cultural basis. Much of it is behavioral. ECS will help educate and inspire your team into functioning in a diverse culture.

3. Strategic Planning is a way to bring your team along for organizational change and sustainability. Having a team wired for ever-changing markets is necessary for success. ECS will share current techniques that transitons teams from "knowing to doing".
