Meet Your Trainer
Kimberly Polite offers clients over 17 years of professional development and leadership. She holds a master's degree in administration and organizational development and is currently completing a Doctorate of Business Administration in Innovation and Strategy. Kimberly is also a licensed leadership coach, and is an active member of the American Society of Training and Development as well as the International Coaching Federation. She brings extensive background in the areas of sales, marketing, executive leadership, project management, special events, facilities managment, and public relations. A recipient of NWA Business Journal's "40 under 40" award, you can be assured of the quality and proven excellence at work for you. Kimberly served her country for 6 years in the Army National Guard where she was selected Leader of the Training Cycle of 2,500 soldiers. She is most recently the recipient of the February 2010 "Ambassador of the Month" award for the chamber of commerce, and has also served as Chair of the Strategic Planning Committee for the Junior League of Orange County California.
